26 Alcatraz Mini H1

One of our most popular designs, Alcatraz Mini has been re-imagined for 2026.

A standard-sized mallet, Alcatraz Mini is not as deep from front to back as Alcatraz but has a blade length very similar to larger Alcatraz. This unique combination creates a beautiful silhouette while helping us maintain very high MOI.

Alcatraz Mini takes many of the blends and radii that made the larger Alcatraz such a crowd-favorite and reduces it to a smaller footprint to cater towards golfers who enjoy a more compact profile. Equipped with an H1 hosel for 20 degrees of toe hang, Alcatraz Mini H1 is ideal for the player with some, but not a ton of arc.

Alcatraz Mini is a multi-material design that features two milled 6061 Aluminum sole plates that allows us to remove mass from the center and move it to the perimeter to increase MOI for more forgiveness. Our front loaded milled round weights improve ball speed consistency across the face and combine with our new Deep Diamond Mill face pattern to create a soft, yet satisfying sound and feel.

The 2026 Alcatraz Mini features our brand-new Midnight Blue finish and hints of
white and cool gray.

Also available in Heavy Spec, built with heavier head weights and a longer,
heavier 15-inch grip.
